                                         Fried Green Beans

What You Need:

  • 1 lb. fresh green beans
  • 10 ounces of freshly chopped mushrooms
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbls. of butter or margarine
  • 3 tbls. of Granddaddy's Original Seasoning

How To Make It:

Heat large skillet on medium heat.

Add Olive Oil, 2 tbls. Granddaddy's Original Seasoning and green beans.

"Stir Fry" green beans for approx. 10 minutes depending on the bean size.

Add butter, mushrooms and remaining seasoning.

"Stir Fry" for another 10 minutes or until green beans are soft and saturated.

Yield:  4 Servings
