Spicy Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Shrimp

Ingredients:
Jumbo Shrimp, peeled, de-veined, and the tail left on (1/2 lb. per person)
Center Cut, Thin Sliced Bacon
1 tbs. Butter or Olive Oil
Optional - Jalapeņos, small slices
Toothpicks or Skewers
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, butter or olive oil, and seasoning, and place it in the fridge for one hour.
Cut each bacon in half then slice length-wise into 4 individual strips. Wrap each shrimp with the bacon strips and jalapeņos (leave the tail uncovered) and secure with a toothpick or skewer. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees (medium high) and begin adding the shrimp. Cook 3 minutes on the first side and flip them over, and cook another 3 minutes. Begin brushing on the BBQ Sauce and allow it to cook for 2 minutes, flip and brush on another layer of BBQ Sauce, and continue cooking another 2 minutes. Make sure the bacon is done and the shrimp is opaque. If not, continue cooking your shrimp another minute or so until the desired doneness is achieved.
Serve over a bed of cooked rice and add fresh melon slices of your choice.
