The Ultimate Steak
Make no mistake, there are 5 things you need in order to have the perfect steak:
Good Quality Beef - Preferably Aged Black Angus
Good Cuts - Tenderloin, Ribeye, Porterhouse, T-Bone, NY Strip
Butter
Kosher or Sea Salt
Directions:
Apply a good amount of Granddaddy's Ultimate Seasoning to both sides of your steak prior to cooking. We prefer using a grill set at a fairly high temperature and the grill grates lubricated with cooking oil. The true art to steak cooking cannot be taught on a webpage, but I do recommend learning how to tell doneness by the "feel" of the steak. For rare to medium rare, the steak will give considerably when pressed, as opposed to feeling very firm when well done. Never cut into a steak to see if it is done; so this will be a learning process. When your steak is done, remove it from your grill and apply a small amount of butter and Kosher salt on top and allow it to set for 5 - 7 minutes before serving.
