Pork or Lamb Chops

(with a garlic cream sauce)

Ingredients:

 

In a zip-lock bag add the chops and marinade, and allow it to set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight. 

Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on medium.  Add olive oil and chops soaked with the marinade to the heated pan and sauté for approximately 8-12 minutes, or until you reach the desired doneness, which is when both sides of the meat feel firm to the touch.  Remove the chops and set aside.

Add wine to the same sauté pan, stirring often to allow the wine to incorporate with the drippings of the pan.  After the wine has reduced (evaporated) to half its volume, add cream, the garlic, and seasoning.  Allow all ingredients to simmer for several minutes until the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.  Remove from heat and drizzle the sauce over the chops.  Serve with your choice of vegetables.
